“Fight and flight reaction” causes tension in the psoas and can signify emotional holding patterns. Through the massage of the hammock, we trigger the psoas to release this tension, allowing a profound emotional unblocking. 

This process can lead to a sense of freedom and a more harmonious flow of energy throughout the body.
